The Sonnberg Chalet, with its southern exposure and direct view of the famous Streif ski run of Hahnenkamm, is one of the most popular and coveted locations in Kitzbühel.

From now on, the Sonnberg Chalet is available for short-term rental (minimum stay 1 week).
The South West exposition of the Chalet offers sun from morning to night, The city center of Kitzbühel is only a 10-minute walk away.
Nearby you will find golf and tennis courts, swimming activities at the Schwarzsee (dark lake) or an extensive day of skiing at the Kitzbühler Horn.

The minimum stay is 1 week. The rental is always from Sunday to Sunday, possibly alternative arrival days are possible after consultation.
All prices refer to the entire house with an occupancy of up to 6 people for one week. For a maximum occupancy of 8 people, an additional € 50 p.p.p.n. will be charged.
The rental price includes 10% sales tax.
The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Plus final cleaning flat rate 400,- EUR incl. 10% VAT, plus visitor’s tax 1,80 EUR / pers. / night. All other additional costs (electricity, water, oil, garbage) are included in the rent. Additional cleaning is possible after consultation and availability.
30% of the gross rental price as a deposit after booking, the rest 30 days before the start of the rental period.
For booking we ask you to contact us by e-mail or via our booking module.
You will then immediately receive a booking confirmation and the rental agreement by e-mail or post.
We ask you to sign and return this rental contract within 7 days.
The deposit must be paid after receiving the booking confirmation.
The Chalet will be at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet by 11:00 am at the latest.
The chalet is accessible by car all year long.
The access road will be cleared by the municipality.
